Wife wants to make a cross country road trip with us driving to Wisconsin from California with 5 dogs in a midsized SUV that I have. I feel like round trip, that will be a lot with luggage, Crates, and everything else. Cooler, food. She sounds excited like a kid but I already travel 2.5 hours per weekend to see her until I transfer and we move in together. How do I cancel without the fear of her throwing the decision in my face or making me feel bad. Or should I just go through with the trip and make it work, happy life happy wife?

I'm your Travel Buddy, Jason! 😊 Traveling cross-country can be quite an adventure, especially with 5 dogs in a midsized SUV! I understand the concerns about space and logistics, but this could also be a memorable experience. Consider compromising: perhaps shorten the trip or adjust the itinerary to ensure comfort for both you and the dogs. Communicate openly with your wife about your concerns and suggest a more relaxed travel plan that still captures her excitement. Finding a balance between adventure and practicality can make the journey enjoyable for both of you! 🐾🚙🌍
