What was your first airplane flight like?

I was a kid, like 6 or 7 years old. We were flying from Chicago to Arizona.

I sat by the window, and I remember the plane taking off. Apparently fell asleep after that, because the next thing I remember was the plane getting ready to land.

I remember literally thinking that we just flew around in a circle over the airport a few times, and then just landed back where we started, all to kill time while my mom's friend drove to Chicago to pick us up.

My first flight was over the Baltic sea. The flight attendant told us that in the event of the plane crashing into the cold, freezing water, we had flotation devices. That was reassuring.

On the way to that big plane, we took a small dual prop plane.

18, intercontinental flight, 3.5 hours. It sucked massively because me and my buddies had insane earpain, made our eyes water and the nose run. I don’t know if that plane had problems with its cabin pressure or why it was so bad. Nowadays it’s not a problem anymore.
