Have you ever had your car towed?

I have to admit that it happened to me once. I was seeing a dancer and she knew the guy that ran a strip club in Chicago. We drove to Chicago from Michigan and spent a very long night at the club drinking and other things. In the morning my car was gone so we got a hotel until police impound lot was opened and I could go get my car 😬.

Not for illegal parking, only for technical breakdowns or a flat tire (the spare was also deflated 🤦‍♂️).

Well aside from breakdowns, once. Went out with a bunch of friends, got absolutely hammered and come morning none of us could remember where the car was. Turns out I’d left it in a daytime hours restricted parking zone and it got towed

Yes, it broke down outside of a gas station across town and I had to have a work friend tow it home. I was not paying $120 for a tow truck!
