Any good recipes to give me for a beach party?

I'm having a boat\beach party at my lake house next weekend. Anyone have some good recipes that is a little bit different than the same old same old? I'm hosting around 40 people, all ages.

This isn't a unique recipe, cheese and crackers are affordable and a big hit at every party. Just make sure you use the type of cheese that can survive outside the fridge for more than 5 hours. Some cheeses can survive that long and others will taste bad after 1 hour. You could ask the employees which cheeses are good for dinner parties, or google or YouTube might answer that for you too and probably also suggest cheaper cheeses then what the deli counter guys will suggest for you.

I also remember I used to buy uncommon flavours of popcorn for my church parties, cause they were large, delicious, and dirty cheap. You could also buy your own seasoning if you want a flavour not available at the stores right now, Amazon has flavoured popcorn seasoning online and might ship to your door in days.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
2 cups water
1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
1⁄2teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon salt

Super simple. Put all that into a sauce pan or pot and cook. Once the ground beef is cooked through, we put it on a back burner and simmer for an hour or so. Really you can let it sit for hours on low heat. It is like a chili type sauce. Make hot dogs and put the Greek sauce over the hot dog. Bingo!
