Varies... short flight or when I'm going to be awake or working the whole time, I prefer an aisle seat.

Red-eye flights, window for sure so I can rest my hear against the side of hte plane.

Ideally I fly business class. But if I have to fly in economy, I'll always take the isle seat so I can more easily stand up and move about during a long flight.
