What seat do you prefer to sit in on the plane? Aisle, Middle or Window?
It depends which side of the aeroplane I'm sat. I like to look out of the window if I can, but air travel with a prosthetic leg is tricky. Most flights I take are over 11 hours. Ideally I'll sit on the window seat on the right of the aircraft. I can take my leg off quietly without freaking out anyone.
If we're on the left it's easier for me to be on the aisle. Unfortunately that also means I'm in full view taking off the leg.
I usually travel with my wheelchair as well. That's a "fun" experience 🤦
It depends to me on the side of the airplane. If I'm on the left side, I prefer aisle. If right side, window.
Main reason is that I find it much more comfortable to lean right than left. So when I'm on the right side of the plane, I can lean right towards the window. When I'm on the left side, I can lean right somewhat towards the aisle and not into a person.
Middle is the worst. Then I can't lean in either direction.
I think I have something messed up with my shoulders and neck but when I try to lean left to sleep on a long flight (12+ hours, e. g., been over those over 60 times now), I always end up with a neck and shoulder cramp. If I lean right, okay and much more comfortable to me.
So ideal for me is window on the right side of the plane, then I stick my pillow next to the window and sleep reasonably comfortably. If I have to sit on the left side of the plane for whatever reason though, I prefer aisle. It's uncomfortable but I'll put my pillow on the right arm rest and sleep on that.
I prefer the aisle seat so if I have to use the bathroom, I can just get up and go and not have to cross anyone. Plus I like to be the first one to unload my carry on bag.
Front row seat so I can be first off. Plus I get to flirt with the pilots. They always seem to close their door when they see me though. 😟

I have not been on a plane since 9/11 but I used to like the window seat.
Cavity searches?
Um... no.
If you want to avoid the long lines, get a "KTN" - Known Traveler Number.
This lets you use the TSA PreCheck lines (*) and those lines are both much shorter and much faster.
(*) At the airport, you see a sign with something like "TSA Pre✔ Line". Just go in that line and gaze at all the poor bastards waiting in the other line as you breeze by.

It's well worth it.
I got one in 2018 and renewed it a few months ago.

What is a Known Traveler Number (KTN)?
A Known Traveler Number (KTN) is issued to all individuals approved to receive TSA PreCheck® expedited screening. The KTN must be added in the KTN field when booking airline travel reservations to have the TSA PreCheck® indicator appear on your boarding pass.
For members approved for the TSA PreCheck® Application Program, this number is 9 digits long, can be a combination of numbers and letters and typically begins with TT for those who enrolled through IDEMIA or TE for those who enrolled through Telos both which are official TSA PreCheck® enrollment providers.
For members approved for Global Entry, NEXUS, or SENTRI, the KTN is the CBP PASS ID number. This nine-digit number usually begins with 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 50, 70, 80, 95, 98, or 99 and can be found on the back of your NEXUS, SENTRI, or Global Entry card in the upper-left corner or by logging on to the Trusted Traveler Programs website. Your trusted traveler card will not grant you access to TSA PreCheck® lanes, instead you must add your PASS ID number in the KTN field when making airline reservations to ensure the TSA PreCheck® indicator appears on your boarding pass.
Aisle seat. I've only flown on a commercial plane for one round-trip in my life. I asked the travel agent for an aisle seat but she put me in a window seat both ways. Luckily I was able to change it to an aisle seat for the return trip. I don't plan on flying commercially again.
I love sitting at the window - nothing nicer than being able to see what’s going on outside. Sunrises, subsets, other planes, locations that we are flying over. It’s really the only seat I am happy with.
I try to always get on an ERJ-175 for domestic flights so I get aisle and window at the same time (left side).
I have looked out enough windows on planes. If I need to get up to go to the restroom, the aisle seat is the easiest.
The window when I was a kid. Now I'll take the aisle because it's closer to the snacks and drinks. Also the aisle so I can stand up and take out some crazy asshole who tries to do something stupid.
window seat for long flights, aisle seat for short flights.
I'm with you
Business class, zero chance of flying cattle class.
I like the window seat but I like to be able to get up to go the toilet.
Window everytime. I like to rest my head against the wall while i sleep
If you was know the best seat is in back of plane or in front (in Cass of turbulence ).
And aisle seat more safe special in front or back
I don’t like being in the middle. I like to spread out and have freedom but I can still look out the window though from the Aisle
How about the air traffic controllers desk
why on earth would I get inside of a flying metal box?
Window seat.
I try to get one so my shoulder fits in it.
That way I don't have to scrunch up so much.
I have a large frame so I'm not built for airplanes.
If I take an aisle seat everyone that walks by hits my shoulder.
Don’t care. I’m just there to get where I need to go
window or aisle
Aisle for the more legroom.
