Which seat do you prefer on a plane?

I don't really have a strong preference, but if I had to say, it's a slight preference for the window seat. The window seat is nice because you have the view, but when you have to use the washroom it sucks. And the aisle seats are nice because you have easy access to the washroom, but you have to get up for everyone every time they have to go. It might interrupt your sleep. With the window seat, you don't have that issue, plus you have the view.

I like the window seat.. but really it doesn't matter if you are sat beside a normal person. I hate being in the middle seat tho, its hot and if you are tired there isn't a safe way to lean, I almost ended up leaning on the guy beside me's shoulder he was nice but that's embarrassing LOL.

I like window seats the most because I can lean my head against the wall or look out the window easily. The aisle seat is nice for if you need to get up during the flight. I usually get stuck in the middle seat when I travel with my partner tho cause I’m smaller

@RandomGirl42 when I was a kid me and my friends woudl go in the woods. One of us would climb a tree and the others woudl cut it down. The kid in the tree would ride the tree down and jump off at the last second. Fast forward 20 years and I am replacing some trim on the side of my house. I am up on an extension ladder. A huge gust of wind hits mem and the ladder started to slide against the side of the house as it fell over I guess muscle memory had me jump off the ladder just before it hit the ground.

Hahaha that's the dumbest shit I've ever heard in my life. Passenger jets go 500 mph, even if you lost both engines at 36,000 ft and the plane was gliding until it slowed down to terminal velocity, terminal velocity is still going to be over 120 mph when you hit the ground

On short flights I prefer the aisle seat. If needed, I can get up and go to the bathroom without bothering my seatmate.

On longer flights, I prefer the window seat, so I'm not bothered when my seatmate wants to get up to go to the bathroom.

I only sit in the middle seat if that's the only seat available. I don't like playing the "which armrest is mine?" game.

That practically sums it up for me. I tend to do the same.

I'll just add that when I foresee a tight schedule (either because I need to catch a connecting flight, or if I need to take a train to get to my final destination), I will always choose an aisle seat and will have tucked away my bag a few rows ahead. Let's say I'm in row 15, I will choose a locker above seat 10 or 12. That way, I just get up and grab my bag on the way out.

Short stays means light packing, so a backpack under the seat in front of me will do just fine.

I enjoy sitting near the aisle, especially if I’m sitting next to a man who decides to take up way too much space. That way I can signal the flight attendant to move.

which also reminds me for the ladies that are in there 20’s if you are seated next to man that is older than you, if you ask the flight attendant will move you next to another women or to an empty row if available.

I have flown all over. Many guys that do choose the aisle seats, almost all of them do actually. However, I want the window seat generally as I love to look at the topology and what’s below such as icebergs off of Greenland, mountain ranges, canyons, cities, towns, beaches, storms in the distance, the sunrise/sunset and that sort of stuff.
