Do you get annoyed with GPS when you KNOW 90% of the route and it interrupts the music continually?

There should really be an option for you to just tell it to start guiding you when your X distance away or x minutes away. Anybody want to help patent that I dea with me?

One time I put in GPS a route it typically does and the route it defaulted to was a 10+ hour drive. Wtf?

GPS never did that again, except the occasional “you should totally drive into that lake” directions or the constant pausing the music.

I mainly have verbal navigation off and only need to look at the directions as I near when I need to know.

My pet hate is when a road is blocked off or closed down and not showing on the map yet so it keeps telling you to go that way and won't tell you an alternative way. If your somewhere you are unfamiliar with it's frustrating and I think u should be able to press on the road on the map and tell it that route is unavailable.

Once I get closer to my destination and I know where I'm at--I turn off the GPS. by the way, some car GPS's need to be updated. I once was told to make a left --on a cliff where a road didn't exist anymore. The GPS was never updated, so I couldn't use it at places where streets or roads had changed.

I either listen to music, or I put on GPS or another app to find my way. I'd hate to get interruptions either way : the GPS cutting off music or music cutting off GPS.

I am far far faaar more annoyed with the GPS working smoothly for the whole year and then, BAM! suddenly sends you to the equivalent of Belize. Where Mike was sent. :-/

I've only used siri on maps, audio. It manages to get me where I have asked it. It doesn't get mad when I detour my own preferences either.

It is annoying at times, so I would just turn off the volume part of the app and I just follow the directions which is usually towards the end of my route, but if it’s on Long Island, I usually know the way anyway so I don’t use the GPS

I get upset when it tries to take me down roads that dont exist or for some reason tries to take me a long route down back roads for no reason

thats why i got mine on mute. i got a phone holder for the car so i can see it easily without needing to hear it

No because if I know 90% of the route I mute the voice commands so this doesn't happen.
