Well, it’s part of the parliament building and it’s amazing how clean and shiny it looks from across the Thames river, it’s definitely a sight to see in person and I haven’t seen it in 31 years but that’s what I remember

Just get on one of those red bus tours and you'll see everything. Then hit a pub for a pint

You'll inevitably be nearby it at some point and you can see it from a good ways away. It doesn't require any extra effort to see it.
