It’s a beautiful spring day in New York. The grass is green and the leaves are coming out. It’s going to be almost 70, and sunny. Drinks are on already on ice and we’ll be heading outside to enjoy the gorgeous weather. What’s everyone else doing?

I'm currently in Oregon. We visited a wildlife safari park. We were gonna head to the coast, but I think we're just gonna head home and stop in Ashland on the way back.

Beautiful morning here in Florida and I am currently working but expect to be out of here by noon and then soccer games for two of our boys, then run by parents home for dinner, then home to relax and get ready for tough day on golf course.

@katiesmuff. I had basic training in San Antonio in the summer. When it got too hot to march I used to put my combat boots on and run laps around the parade grounds. I tell people I was brought up on the hot seat

No, The ROTC program got really popular after the US got out of Viet Nam so they had to recommission some of the older barracks which had no A/C. We used to sleep with the windows closed too because if we left them open everything would be covered with dust just in time for morning inspection.
We had to take a drivers education course in an air conditioned facility. Cadets used to fall asleep and they were issued demerits. That did not serve as much of a deterrent so they stated giving demerits to the person sitting next to the sleeper also.

@katiesmuff I really was brought up on the hot seat. I agree, I do have a sour attitude. However I have been alive to see Jimmy Carter, Ronald ReagAN, THE Bushes, Obama and Biden and I never felt like I had real representation in Washington until 2016 when Trump was elected.

@exitseven THERE IS YOUR PROBLEM! What exactly has done to HELP you with anything? You are now paying more for everything than ever before and investments in general are not keeping up with those increases. This unnecessary mess with Iran isn't going anywhere soon and I'm afraid more American blood will be spilled before it cools down as it is impossible to truly win from fanatic's like those people as we have already learned several times.

My investments closed at record levels last Friday in fact. During Trumps first term they doubled. In the 30 years I had it it never got anywhere near it. I also enjoyed the first term tax cut and this year I am enjoying some additional savings. I feel like life is just easier somehow.
I'm not gonna lie , I am taking a perverse pleasures in Watchung liberals heads explode every time President Trump racks up another win

I know that it is more prevalent among people that have good paying jobs who have been abused by the IRS for decades.

@exitseven That is a total oxymoron as people with really good paying jobs have accountants who know how to abuse the IRS and the people of the US such as your Hero that you support, who without a doubt would take every penny you have and smile about it.

My wife and I had good paying jobs and paid plenty of taxes. I did the taxes myself. There are not many loopholes for the middle class
