Wa. State. I already live in a blue city in a deep red state. Physicians are leaving here quickly because of the barbaric policy of folks like Abbott, Paxton and Patrick... Tx. has the fewest PCPs per capita in the country, and they are trying to build data centers everywhere. I find it a bit humorous the number of R's living in blue states telling how it's terrible there.

I’d prefer the PNW… I’ve traveled to Oregon every year for the last 10 years or so and it’s always beautiful out there. I love the mountains.

Tough question. I prefer country living but Washington is deep blue now. Nashville is also going to have a lot of democrat policies, as most big cities do. But i think the overall conservative values of the state would be a backstop to prevent leftists from getting too extreme. I have also gotten accustomed to urban living over the last several years.
I’d probably go Nashville.

Washington is a great state to live in. It's only the western portion of the state that leans left. Spokane is actually very right leaning
