I don't know how Nashville is, but my cousin just moved from Portland after probably 15 years because she said it absolutely turned to crap. The irony is she complained about drug problems but owned a weed dispensary there. I know it's not the same as hard drugs, but it made me laugh.

Probably Oregon because the picture looks really nice. Then I have to watch the Oregon ducks play football. The University of Miami is always my favorite
