It will not stop mass shootings . Most of those people don;t get their guns that way . They also don;t care if they are caught. Their goal is to kill people .

This is Big Brother collecting info on gun owners so they can come and confiscate Americans guns . A violation of the Constitution.

So, if you buy Guns or Ammo , use cash until they do away with cash, which they will if people buy guns with it.

anything people use credit and/or debit cards is always being tracked which is why I don't trust the FBI. In some cases weed can be illegal in your home state but may be legal in others but for something innocent like that the feds put you under the microscope with the reason of drug trafficking. The only time i really use my credit or debit card is if i am filling up at one of my regular gas stations or placing an online food delivery. If I were to make a controversial purchase like buying cigarettes/alcohol or even a burner phone in a bordering state where the prices are much cheaper and there is no tax i'll always pay cash.

criminals... as criminals do not obey laws so laws about guns won't affect criminals they will always get guns. the laws only limit the non criminal ability to defend which serves the purpose of helping criminals and putting criminal life above non criminal life like your life as a non criminal is worth less and can't be protected.

Absolutely buy using cash. If they ban cash, buy using gold, silver, or bitcoins. Not Walmart, but most gun dealers are familiar with gold and silver but you may have to pay a slight premium. Perhaps 5% less the 3% they pay to the credit card companies.

Oh definitely for Sleepy Joe and his rip-up-the-us-constitution ilk to confiscate firearms from law biding people so total control over the populous would be easier. Criminals pay cash for their guns they don't steal so it won't mean anything to them just like all the other useless "gun control" laws out there. I agree with tracking it, because if someone buys a suspicious amount and they have nothing to hide, then they'd be ok with a check up from the police. I don't see how it's a bad thing

Ammo is cheaper in bulk and never expires. If I go though 1000rnds/month at the range maintaining proficiency (and presumably you want me to be able to actually HIT what I'm shooting at) then what's a "suspicious amount" and who makes that call?

Codes never existed before specifically for guns or ammo, but now they do. CC companies can now report "suspicious activity." Whatever the fuck that means. Which means based on whatever loose definition that is CC companies will allow the government access to a searchable database.
