It doesn't matter whether the child wanted it or not, the reason we have an age of consent is that a child doesn't have the maturity to fully understand the possible consquences of having sex, and to protect them from being taken advantage of by adults. Personally at my age and at his we have all stared at the one hot young teacher in are school and lusted over them. It was pretty much all guys fantasized thoughts when we were bored or zoning out.
I can look back at 13 and realize how stupid and immature I was. But it didn't mean the fantasy wasn't real.
Elementary school? Lock her up. That's fine for a high school or maybe the ass end of a junior high school but elementary school teachers should not be attracted to students. If it's wrong if it's a male teacher and female student then this is wrong too. What's worse is she won't serve the same jail time a male teacher would.
