Yes I've noticed near me . The college is supposed to be closed because of the virus. But girls are nipping in the grounds which are private from the main road . But not from my bedroom veranda.. . I know it's getting warmer but not warm enough to take their tops off. It's the same girls that come. Hate to think when proper summer comes. Let's hope the college opens to spoil their fun...
