Is Morgan Freeman right about getting rid of black history month?

I know I am going to get my ass kicked by black people for saying this, but I agree with him. Of course I don't know what its like to be black or how they feel, but he makes such a good point. It's like why don't we have other ethnicity or race months in America? Obviously black people suffered through countless atrocities in America, but it doesn't make sense to have it now.

i looked this up before i saw this question and it so happens that a lot of people have their own months, or "30 days" of celebration in america

What about Asian history month and Middle eastern history month?

I'm not racist but why blacks should be valued over all other races and their history be studied exclusively? If its because of racism then racism happened everywhere around the world in the past, people should learn to move on.
