The injured people will be in court to sue him

He was selling them illegally so no evidence left

What I meant was the guy was responsible for having illegal fire works which caused the problems for police in disposal

It was the POLICE who blew them up - and they blew up their own truck in the process!
Yes, it was absolute moron criminals who illegally stored 5000 pounds of explosives in their house - enough to level the entire neighborhood - but it was the police who decided to detonate it a bit at a time in the safety of their armored truck. And they put WAY too much in the first pile, and blew up their own truck, as well as causing significant damage to the neighborhood.

He didn't do it, it was the dumb police who tried to dispose of the stuff in their bomb disposal truck and instead blew their own truck up. Still the people who were bringing in the illegal fireworks should get some type of penalty.
