Personally, if she were in my state, she would have been terminated immediately. Its as if simultaneously admitting she wasn't strong enough, and stating because he owned a penis she wouldn't bother. This is what you get when you lower standards so the opposite sex can enter a field like that.

It's a very worrying attitude considering what her job actually is, like is she going to just leave my husband to die just because he's a man. It's a very sexist attitude, if it was a straight white male that said something like this they might be brought to HR but the fact that they recorded it and put it on tv shows how tone deaf they are.
