What do you think happens to some people tney can't locate when they go missing?

I realized the Gabby Petito case was popular and awful that she was killed and it sparked more news attention to missing people and i read about this lady who went missing near Joshua tree National Park in Yucca valley or something like that and they still can't find her its so sad but im terrified to go in a dessert after reading these stories lol. Id rather camp in my backyard fuck it! But i wonder this other missing lady would take off without her phone, water, or anything and go into the dessert all alone like id be scared as can be and cry getting lost out there wondering if something will happen. But what do you guys think of these missing people cases?

That's WHY you tell your family, friends, when you go somewhere. You let THEM know where you're going, when you're leaving, when you expect to return. That way, if you get lost, or worse, they can contact the authorities who have the resources to help find you.

You also take precautions, depending on where you're going. If traveling, you make certain you have at least a map. If hiking, you take water, a change of clothes, a small blanket, definitely matches, sunscreen, and whatever else you may need in a small backpack.

In other words, you PLAN your travels. YOU think ahead. It's pretty dumb to decide on a whim, to go on a hike, and 6 miles later you're thinking, "Gee, I shoulda brought some water with me."

It's a totally different story if you're kidnapped and forced into going someplace you never planned on going.

But professionally? Pig farms. Yep. Pigs will eat anything until nothing remains and no dog walkers and morning joggers ever go within a mile of a pig farm. The perfect place to get rid of a body.
