They will have to let silver get to $100 an ounce to get people to recycle their jewelry, be able to mine deeper to find silver and sell their bullion.

One day soon, there will be no new silver mined, and no surplus above ground. Only Silver jewelry , and items will be only sources. Many silver mines have closed.

The environmental movement means the need for more silver. Solar panels , electric cars. and electronics. Older baby boomers needing medical equipment that only silver can be used.

Less will be mined and harder to get to

New mines are not being discovered

Silver doesn't get recycled, so it is lost

Cheaper to buy than gold

Above ground silver storage is being used up

If we have same inflation that we had in 1971 to 1980 , from 2020 to 2030, Silver will be $575 an ounce. 1971 to 1980 silver started at $1.80 an ounce and hit $49.50 in 1980. We are going to have higher inflation this time.

i don't think the longterm future of metals is good. in the next 100 years we will mine asteroids which has far more than earth

keep dreaming , NASA was shut down by Obama and Trump brought it back. Under the ocean is where we are heading , not space. Gold is an emotional metal. People buy it with feelings. Silver is a needed metal , you must have it for solar panels and medical equipment.
