The people behind the anthrax vaccine and the associated debacle? And who deny Agent Orange syndrome, and STILL refuse to give benefits to the veterans exposed to radiation during the army's nuclear experiments during the Cold War? Who think there's no need for pesky little things like a "control group"? And who are now claiming that this new prophylactic (which, unlike the mRNA ones on offer, may actually BE a vaccine- the results I'm getting are very vague on the details) will be able to protect against FUTURE variants, meaning that they either don't understand how DNA and mutation work, or that it will be able to protect against literally ANY POSSIBLE mutation, which couldn't even be accomplished by an injection that flat-out KILLS you (cordyceps fungi, remember?)? I'll take my chances with plans that *wouldn't* be laughed out of a fourth-grade science class, thanks.
That SPECIFIC objection aside, we still have the central problem: side effects can take a long time to show up. The Dengue fever vaccine, for example, causes antibody-dependent enhancement, which means that an infection of dengue fever that you'd ordinarily fight off after you get that shot will instead kill you. That doesn't show up for two to three years after you get the vaccine. Without long-term testing, there's no way to know. And you can't have 5-year test results for a virus that showed up two years ago unless time travel is involved.
While I don't think there's any malice in the development of these prophylactics, the propagation of them is either malicious as Hell, or full-on incompetent- or both, I suppose. If it turns out that there IS some disabling condition that comes about from them that takes, say, four years to show up (unlikely, but it IS possible, and given the frequency of potentially lethal problems in earlier mRNA drug attempts...), then we're basically going to have our military wiped out, because they've begun firing anyone who won't play along. Putting aside the fact that healthy and strong young people are at essentially no risk from Covid, it bears an uncanny resemblance to the Red Army purges of anyone seen as insufficiently loyal to the Party. If disaster results from this, then we'll have a disaster to deal with. If it doesn't, it'll have set the precedent that this kind of action is acceptable. Either way, we lose.

Sounds promising, I hope it actually works
I'm not sure if this is the same as the booster. I'm getting the booster soon but I'm bummed I have to wait until January 13th of next year to get it as that was the first available date I could find. Unless one of my cousins schedules an appointment for me for an earlier date.
I have 2 shots now with the 3rd one coming before the year ends. I really hope this mess ends soon.

I'm not super interest to be honest. I've had a full course of the Pfizer vaccine and that's enough for me. From here on out, I'm fine never taking anything for Covid again, until I get it at which point in time I'm happy to take something to treat it if needed. But I don't see the point of any further vaccination, so I'm just not interested. Not interested in other vaccines that I didn't take (like Moderna or J&J), not interest in a booster, not interested in variants. None of it. If there's a new disease and it's actually dangerous from someone of my rough background, I'm happy to rethink then, but until then, everyone running around crowing about "new variants" that are "highly contagious" but "less virulent" is really just background noise to me.
You must be "blind" to think that ARMY, will develop something so special for Population, when We know that all Army does is Secrecy, made by " fbi, cia, nsa, etc..", and everything else they do Openly is just for the "population" eyes... lets be Realistic here... Look in Austria/Germany Holland... the gov's Pulled the Army Out, to keep in UNLIMITED quarantine "those unvaxed", so if you still think Army is up to "something good", think again... They just following ORDERS!.
Paris, don't believe everything you hear or read. No one has a crystal ball.

I haven't heard of these vaccines but if they're available in the shithole where I live, I might take them.
I haven't seen any vaccination of covid since it's birth! Not even the previous ones physically. So there is no way I must have seen this vaccine lol.
Historically disease causes more loss of troops than enemy action. So the military has always had a vested interest in investing in vaccines.
By 2035 everyone will be on their 17th vaccine or pill.
Except me though, y’all be safe out here.I’d rather no more vaccinations. I’m all vaccined out 😂

Yes, I would consider it, but I would want to know about the clinical testing thus far.
I’ve already had three shots. I will be waiting before getting any more.
Just more Made in America bullshit, Paris.
They cannot manage to make a vaccine against all cold and flu variants. Fat chance they will for Covid.
This is just the US playing it's own Theranos ploy, in the hope investors will continue to plow in money.I am taking a wait and see attitude about vaccines.
Recently my country's government has mandated vaccination for government workers like myself. I want the best there is!
No, it doesn't sit right that they're being so forceful with it. There's never been this much push for a vax.
Yes it is mandatory keeping in view spread of omicron.

I’ll get my third booster shot January 4, 2022 Paris I hope you get yours from Santa 😛
Its the same vax. The booster is like bonus material. So get both.
Hell yes, I would get it. I work in a high-risk healthcare environment.
We'll have to. With the omicron variant that is yet more contagious than the delta variant we'd be in incredible trouble without a really effective vaccine 🙈
I think TruNews had a story about a so-called "vaccine" that's supposed to work for anything that you could ever possibly catch. THAT will be the one to stay the FARTHEST away from. Not to say that you shouldn't stay away from ANYTHING purporting to be a so-called "vaccine"
