yes i think
they should
Yep.
@joeldalton You've stated your opinion and repeated it. No need to continue with vulgarities towards people who have an opinion different from yours. We get it-you oppose the idea and are contemptuous of anyone with a differing opinion
I don't recall asking you for your opinion on how I should respond.
@joeldalton Are you a troll?
Are you? You're the anonymous one here.
@joeldalton You gave your opinion, now you are the equivalent of a two year old screaming "look at me" at the top of your lungs. Why should it bother you I chose to be anonymous? You are obviously unstable and I will not interact with you anymore. You just want to act like an ass rather than have a reasoned discussion.
Lol. Ok buddy
So what was it smokin Joe said that made you delete it?
@joeldalton Is that the best you can do?
he doesn't discuss-he just calls people names and shouts vulgarities if they disagree with him, There's no sense in talking to him, he's pathetic. Explains his politics though
So I have noticed. If a person disagrees I'm ok with it.

Technically anyone using an interstate highway is using a public service provided by the federal government and for the public good. While I am not in favor of mandating vaccinations across the board, my best friend worked at a truck stop when covid got bad in 2020 and I had to consider the the risk to her. A trucker comes into contact with the people at a warehouse in Oklahoma (my warehouse has recently had an outbreak and we service everything west of the Mississippi to the continental divide. That trucker generally has 13 stores to stop at, interacting with the employees at each, and stopping at numerous truck stops along the way interacting with the employees there as well...
If a trucker got covid from one of our warehouse employees, then gave it to 50% of the people he came in contact with across the country, and then they gave it to 50% of the people who they come into contact with in a 48hr period... Think of all of the people who go into grocery store and truck stops... Then figure a third round, all of the people the customers at those grocery stores and truck stops come into contact with... That's how it spreads. So seeing as how federal law can dictate interstate commerce... Yeah!
No, I don't think that there should be a federal law that would hamper the use of public transit and thus keep people from being able to actually get vaccinated at all. It would do nothing but keep those without their own private transportation to even be able to get the proof needed to get to a location to do anything about it.
I swear, this sounds just like my biggest problems with unions… In order to be employed here, you must be a member of their union. Yet, you can't join the union unless you have a job in the scope of the union's influence. So, how is that circumvented? You have to know someone in the union to let you in through a backdoor.
Think nepotism. If you have friends or family who can take you to get vaccinated… not a problem, is it? If not and denied a way to get that proof… like banned from public transportation… Well, I guess you are just screwed.
What's the reason to be so obsessed with non-vaccinated people? Does it really matter? How can they be a danger to a vaccinated society? Isn't the vaccine supposed to protect the vaccinated? So why is it that they are so afraid of the non-vaccinated? What is even the logic behind mandatory vaccinations?
This whole covid response is riddled with logical fallacies. You took the shot, but for some reason you need me to take it too to feel protected? They ask you to wear a mask when you’re alone walking through a restaurant, but when seated at a table with a group of people you can take it off? What sense does that make? I smell the bullshit from a mile away
@Kingofkings1992 Everything sounds phony!! Exactly, that's ridiculous.
If you want to get Federal officers killed, knock yourself out. They have no authority to do that, thus if they try they will be in violation of the law and National Guard will give them the old dirt nap.
rotflmao
What they didn't teach you that in China? Sheriffs have ultimate authority over protection of their citizens constitutional rights. Power comes from the bottom in the USA. Federal agents have no jurisdiction without the Sheriff's say so. If they step foot in a county to try to enforce anything without permission they can easily be arrested, tried and jailed. The sheriff can deputize as many of his own armed citizens as he wants to legally carry out that order. If the federal government were to try to do anything in a state, the governor can also deploy national guard against them to protect state's rights and their citizens sovereignty. States have a common agreement among one another called the constitution, and the constitution preserves freedom of movement between states. The Federal government would be lawless if they tried to go against it and every sheriff in every county of every state could deputize every citizen to carry out that mandate. Who you plan to send China? You don't want none of this. We are hundreds of millions of gun toting patriots.
China... hilarious... I must be a "communist" too because I disagree with you. And like most tinhorns, you think your stupid little pistol is going to overthrow the "gubbamint" beacuse you are going to scare infantry armed with automatic weapons, tanks, etc. Are you schizo or what?
Smarten up retard. The American military is all volunteer made of people from all those counties in all those states. What I just told you is that sheriffs can give legal authority to every citizen in every state to arrest federal agents that violate the constitution and our right to free movement. Those federal agents don't have authority outside of DC without the sheriffs say so. This isn't a me vs the world situation, this is every American including the military having legal authority against a small group of Federal agents. You really are dumb. You can't even read.
Damn fool you are a JOKE! Most of those red areas are extremely rural-more people concentrated in the blue areas. You rubes just can't walk away from those barnyard critters or you'd get no sex at all! Despite your fanatsy that the military would betray their oaths and join your mythical cause on Jan 6, that wasn't the way it played out was it? The military had prepared for Trump's attempt to use them and had measures to resist it. The malignant intent of Trump & Co. was countered by their own stunning incompetence. They-and you-are IMPOTENT!
You need to stop scrubbing your tonsils with cocks because everything you say is gay you beta cuck. Faggot just rolls off your tongue. You should do something about that. You pushing for policies that invite FBI agents into your cities to check your papers to allow you to travel only locks you in your own city. It doesn’t affect the mass of the nation. Red counties stretch from sea to motherfucking shining sea. Deal with it. There is nothing that can be done to restrict the vast majority of the non-vaccinated from traveling between states. Nothing... All you can do is lock yourself in your closet like that shit pushed in cocksucker you are and lock out your food, energy, and supplies from being delivered. You’re setting yourself up to die slowly strolling into the gas chamber. Stop making a mess in your bedroom. Clean your shit up child.
You're hilarious-totally paranoid and afraid!
Yeah that must be why you hide in a city, wearing 3 masks on your face in fear as you are programmed by CNN and are afraid to go outside, get within 6 feet of any other human, subject yourself to gene therapy every couple of months, and want FBI to check your papers and tell you were you can and can't go because I'm paranoid. Are you the star of meatspin dot com?
keep ranting-its entertaining!
keep on ranting BM-
Get it all out here so you don't shoot up a kindergarten or church
only from laughing so hard at how easy it is to trigger you. What a loser! Is that what fuels your rage?
Lol-stroke out yet? Your BP is rising there BM. Better watch out-getting upset could kill someone in your lousy condition. You can't even think straight and just babble incoherent ideas
You lost another one today...
meaww.com/the-reid-out-joy-reid-trolled-after-source-says-her-msnbc-show-will-be-canceled-soon-comcast
Missed again there BM. I don't follow her. But this is getting boring and, frankly, you are now boring-repetitive- and what used to be funny because it was absurd is now just tiresome. Go somewhere else to fill your empty life
To what end? The vaccinations cannot stop transmission of the disease. Even if they could, the death rate is so low as to not merit infringement of personal liberty.
Strait up NO.
The Forth Amendment covers this (mostly). I do not find it reasonable to be compelled to show my medical documents to anyone but my chosen Healthcare Provider. I view being forced to show medical Documents as an illegal seizure of my papers. This is a Privacy Issue, not a Public Health Safety Issue.
You're not being forced though. No one is forcing you to use that airline or train. Its just your misfortune that no one will take your unvaccinated self anywhere. But, you've still got your "freedumb" and no one has forced anything on YOU.
@Avicenna kindly point out exactly how it is bullshit. The Federal Government has lawful Constitutional authority over interstate commerce and anything that touches upon or affects it as well as the power to set conditions for acceptance of Federal funds. Again, flying is not a "right" and no one is preventing you from engaging in your right to travel. You might have to buy a car because you won't comply but that is your choice. I suggest you get a pair of hiking shoes.
@Avicenna not "my argument" its the Constitution.
specifically, the commerce clause but it's also inherent in the Constitutional framework.
No, it is YOUR argument that the federal government can do what it wants, and specifically that it can keep someone who doesn't have the COVID vaccine from flying or riding a train.
The commerce clause says that "Congress shall have the power to regulate commerce with foreign nations, and among the several states, and with the Indian tribes". It doesn't say that Congress can prevent a person from traveling from one state to another just because they don't have a COVID vaccination (a person merely traveling is not "commerce", which is the exchange of goods or services), it doesn't say that Congress can do whatreve it feels like and it definitely doesn't say that the Executive Branch can do it.
"Inherent in the Constitution", well you claim it, but can you back it up? Here's some case law that is somewhat relevant to your attempted abuse of the Commerce Clause.
supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/514/549/
Not so inherent, after all.
And to suggest walking or hiking distances that would be covered by planes highlights just how ridiculous your BS argument is.
@Avicenna The Commerce Clause governs interstate transport and that is well settled law. And just because your personal choices make it inconvenient for you to travel does not mean you get to ignore the law. Too bad your beliefs will not allow you to travel interstate but that's on you
No not at all. If you want to lose all your freedom lock yourself in a basement and do not come out. Do not try to enforce your dumb rules on the rest of the world.
Absolutely not. Freedom of Movement is a human right.
feel free to walk.
and only a moron would label anyone who disagrees with them a "communist"
When you idiotically claim that distances that someone would fly a plane or take a train over can be covered on foot and you claim the government has the right to restrict tens of millions of law-abiding citizens from traveling and don't see any problem with it, yes, it's appropriate to point out your totalitarianism, not least because the travel restrictions aren't the only ones you support.
And here's some more case law- Edwards vs California.
Edwards is irrelevant to this case. Edwards was not about some right to access public carriers-it concerned forbidding someone entry to the state based on status of being indigent. They were brought into the state using private conveyances, not for hire. Using public conveyances-airlines, trains, airports-is indeed "commerce" (They don't take you for free) and subject to Federal Regulation under the commerce clause.
The Left takes over and in less than a year have proposed more fascist policies than in the history of the entire United States History. It’s horrifying. The red wave this year is going to be amazing.
No. There should be no vaccine mandate. There are many reasons why a person is not vaccinated, and shouldn't be.
What mandate? No one is required to get it. If you choose to avail yourself of public carriers then you need to but you have the option of driving in a private vehicle or your private boat. Sorry, airports are federally controlled so you cannot just use your own plane.
Normally I'd say no. But this would cause republicans to have hives and mental breakdowns. So I don't mind.
They've already had mental breakdowns and who cares if they get hives?
Kind of sounds like 666 the mark of the beast. We can not but or sell, unless we have the mark. Anything like the mark 666 is evil.
No they can keep that fascist behavior to themselves
Nope, letting the government dictate what medical procedures you have e to have is a door you don't want to open. Just ask the Chinese who used to drown thier kids because of the 1 child policy
100% no. This is illegal and destroys the freedom of choice in America.
Not illegal-read the Constitutional analysis above. It is settled law that the US Government can legislate interstate carriers and place requirements on businesses that receive Federal funding. It is perfectly legal. Additionally, there is no "freedom of choice" in the Constitution. Which amendment or Constitutional provision do you cite in support of this undefined, made up "freedom of choice" you think you have?
The freedom of choice that comes with having self-awareness and conscious thinking. The freedom of choice that belongs to every Human on Earth.
There's no such "freedom" belonging to "every human being on Earth." Please cite your source for this 'right" you seem to believe exists.
You're taking what I'm saying far too literal. It's not written anywhere it's simply the way things are. If anything has free will it has choice.
In other words you invented it in your head
What country is this the USA?
Or Nazi Germany
I say the USA"Home Of The Free"
If they want a civil war that probably be a good way to start it
lol-who are they going to attack? The South couldn't do it then and can't do it now
no. simple reason: this vaccination does not reduce the chance of you infecting anyone. if that "was" the case, that would be up for discussion.
No... I didn't bother to save mine, why would I? I got the vaccines for my own protection, you should do the same and not worry about what others are doing.
You should have to prove you aren't going to infect people with your mental retardation.
Yes it separate the people who took thier timeout getting it and the people that don't won't to get it and cause people sick it had to be some repercussions
I don't want any more of this democrat Nazi Germany bullshit. That's enough already.
Yes, they should. I don't want to be on a plane with unvaccinated people - it is too dangerous.
That would be a great Idea!
No, because vaccinated doesn’t affect anyone but yourself
Being *
nope this is this early stages for chinas social credit score
We don't need more government. We need less.
Gosh no. Wrong on so many levels
No, and stop giving hapless Joe any ideas.
Can’t wait to live under fascist rule
No, and fuck anyone who thinks they should.
Fuck no.
it's our body
it's our choice
Over my dead body.
You mean that someone, seeing your unvaccinated corpse, dead of Covid, will get a vaccination because they realized you died from believing ridiculous nonsense?
Unconstitutional and tyrannical. HELL NO
No, I don't think so
Nope
