I think Putin was put in a position and he put himself in a position to where two things he had to feed his ego and he has to tell the world that is not a puss I think and I hope and I pray that he just had to prove something did he's not scared and then he backs off to show that you still a man of his word I hope and I pray that's all it is that way he can walk away with his head high in his eyes I guess I hope it doesn't go any further IO pitches was one big boom and it's over with that there are 40 people dead that is wrong I would rather always be 40 people dead in 400 or 4000 I hope Putin made his point as he walks away but some way form or another whether he's wrong or right for doing what he's doing somebody has to pay for those 40 deaths

Putin is a murdering bastard. This is what I don't get about humanity. There is enough food and resources on the planet to house, cloth, and feed everyone. We could all live in harmony and prosperity, even with our differences. We could all be happy. Yet a third is nearly starving and most of the rest aren't far from that state of affairs. And we have countries big enough to have 12 time zones wanting even more space.
Misanthropes aren't that hard to understand when you look at the way the world is.

That is very very unlikely. Any war between us and Russia is more likely to go nuclear than it is to have a ground invasion.

Plus you gotta think, russia is having a harder time than they thought. Against a country 1/10th it's size and power. We are a bit more advanced and trained, so with us it's far more even and that's not a fight they want if they can avoid it.
