Friday I was outside of this local exotic plant display park called The Domes and these 2 kids, probably 15-16 were scoping out a car to steal! They should've been in school. They saw me looking at them and 1 tried giving me an intimidating look. I kept watching them and showed them my phone like I was going to call the police bc I knew wtf they were trying to do! They eventually crossed the street and left.
