Unfortunately in the US, the President is shielded by Executive Privilege so he is basically protected from prison. There was an attemp to impeach but pussy Republicans were afraid of being murdered by angry Trump fans so they voted not to convict. Had it been a secret vote, Trump would have been found guilty of causing the January 6th insurrection and disqualified from running again.

Was this the one that had video evidence and it was all done in the middle of the night after the press and poll workers went home for the night? The "investigation" was just a look at the video nd it was decided that nobody could tell from the video what was in those suitcases. Maybe they thought it was somebody's dirty laundry but it was a joke of an investigation.
The people in the video needed to be subpoenaed and forced to testify exactly what they were doing in there after everyone had gone home. This never happened, therefore the public is largely not convinced.

What you fail to understand is that this was a made up or "bullshit" story and the liars edited the video to make it look suspicious. When watching the full footage, nothing wrong was done. So you have now proven that you only believe stories that confirm your previously held biases, no batter how fucked up they are. So in other words, you are contributing to spreading lies. So you re saying the video was fake? I never heard this either. It is pretty easy to identify a fake video so if it really was fake how come the fake news did not scream this 24/7? I never heard any of this. Republican officials kept asking for an investigation and as far as I know all that happened was the story that you just said. All protocols were followed. The poll watchers were sent home and the press had left. If protocols allowed for people to still work in the polls after the poll watchers were told that the place would be closed, than the protocols were designed to allow for fraud. This is what over half the country is objecting to.
