If he is found guilty, and guilt should never be assumed no matter how you feel about someone, he would go to jail.

Each charge has jailtime of 5 years or so as an absolute minimum. With potentially 30 or so as the maximum - and lets face it, 5 or 30 years will probably kill Donald Trump regardless. 80 year olds in prison (he would be at 5 years) don't tend to do too well.

No surprise he wants to be president again though.

I highly doubt it, it's much more likely that there will be some kind of deal. I think house arrest is the most we can hope for.

Probably not. Look at how mine times they tried getting him for treason or the hold Russian bs they tried to pin on him last I checked he's still walking free.

I don’t think the Democrats are dumb enough to literally imprison the leading candidate of the GOP. This is mostly just an attempt to discredit and smear him. Though now that we have precedent, we get to go after Bush and Obama for war crimes.

If he is found guilty he will be found innocent on appeal. By that time he will be back in the White House and he will pardon himself

I wouldn't worry about him. The case is set up specifically to present evidence against Bidens/Obamas/Cintons... It's all a show.
