Somebody quoted a law that said if a president incites a riot, he will be banned from working in office. it's not as absolute as supreme court laws, so there is room for interpretation but its possible he could be banned on a traditional military law.

But that incitation must not only be proven in a conviction but also survive the appeal process. It won't because nothing he said or did can prove causation except to a biased DC jury. And where an appeals process is ongoing, a conviction will not prohibit Trump from serving. A DC Jury will be found to not be a jury of Trump's peers.
