No. He doesn't have time and he's about to lose the Senate. He doesn't really have it right now anyway (Joe Manchin).

They will certainly try. Democrats and Republicans alike have always tried to stack the court, and not just for the abortion issue.
To me that's the biggest negative of the abortion ruling. The court is not in the habit of overruling itself. It opened a whole can of worms by doing it. When the court starts flip flopping, which is the can of worms this opens, then the court loses a lot of respect and trust. Even though politicians select justices, the court is supposed to be neutral and not a political football.
I think it's almost a certainty that the court will once again overrule itself as soon as it stacks the other way. The integrity of the court is at stake. It will become far more politicized than it already was.
Fortunately justices have a habit of not ruling the way the appointing party expected them to. That might be the reason we haven't had more flip flops in the past.
As for stacking, the Democrats can put a LOT of blame on Ginsberg. She tried to play games. She could have retired when Obama was president. A lot of lawyers begged her to retire. A lot of Democrats begged her to retire. Obama himself begged her to retire.
She refused to retire while Obama was president. She thought Hillary would win the election so there was no hurry to retire. She refused to retire when it was a sure thing. Hillary didn't win, and she died while Trump was in office. If she had retired when everyone begged her too, if she had not been greedy, Roe vs Wade would not have been overturned.Republicans illegally withheld a SCOTUS nomination while two conservative justices LIED PUBLICLY UNDER OATH about it when questioned so I'd say it's perfectly fair.
Consider the number of justices was set at nine because there were nine circuit courts at the time (we now have 13) so we ready should have 13 justices anyway. The Biden/Harris administration said they won't be doing this, it won't matter anyway, that can undo the overturning of a ruling, all they could do is make a new ruling after a case is brought forward and without no current supreme court precedent and no federal law there is no conflict, so there is no case for the supreme court to take up.
I heard that if bite and sakes of s*** within 50 feet of the toilet the White House gives him a treat
No why would he care , just because it was federally overthrown it’s still up to the states on what they want to do just like selling cannabis, it’s up to the states, it’s still not federally regulated either
first off it is unconstitutional so they can not make laws to govern it. However the states can since it is not governed by the federal government. Some states will allow it and some will not.
It was considered once before back during the 1930s
I CERTAINLY don't support that motherfucking perverted twit but, it SHOULD be legal in ALL states!!
Pretty sure they'd need votes they don't have to do that.
Also, how would the witch hunt of Trump prevent it?Well, they have less than six months before The Republicans take over congress.
He better stack this court. WTF?
The dems had better start fighting back or they will lose what is left of their base.they cannot pull it off.
no. liberals hate individual autonomy.
