We did but not officially
I just took my kids to an Asian Market and let them go wild picking out whatever they wanted to buy. They had quite a bit of fun 😊
They picked up muchi boba Taiyaki all kinds of noodles a batch of funny looking mushrooms a bunch of different hard candies and goodness knows what else... Oh some pretty chop sticks too
And I left with some delicious Sashimi ginger seaweed salad with sesame seeds and fish eggs sprinkled on top. I am pleasantly stuff and I feel guilty free as I didn't mess with my keto diet.
Yeah, am a Chinese here. 恭喜发财,身体健康,万事如意!🍊🍊
Still in China?
我的女朋友是一个很棒的中国女人,她在美国32年了,仍然是一个非常中国的女人!
It's good to have a Chinese relations, offers lots of new adventures!
Just concluded festivities. Some good and different food, good conversation and hanging out. I didn't get an envelope (s) with money, but I got some desserts.
May your year of the Wabbit be excellent!
I heard about the red envelopes with money tonight. And having fred fsh, but everyone must make sure to not eat the last piece of fish.
We had chicken wings, boiled shrimp, fried fish, fried pork, spinach, and a vegetable tray. . . and there were just two of us! It was a feast!
Sounds really good, that's a lot of cooking and prep. we carried out! a good start to new lunar year.
All is well!
Not specifically, but our next menu item up after we finish off our chicken from Costco is some sort of homemade oriental type stir fry.

No, we don't actively celebrate Chinese New Year. My husband and I are both of Slavic ethnicity. However, the celebrations in Toronto's Chinatown neighbourhood are always huge. There's a large Chinese population here.
Yeah, there's a Chinese temple in my town and they're putting on a festival today. I'm gonna attend
Maybe my brother is , he is married to a Chinese woman so most likely
