California Exodus and Homelessness. Has California's Champagne Socialism ruined California?

Seems California is not a good place for average working and middle class people to live, work and raise a family. High prices, high state taxes and low wages means there's a good chance you can end up on the streets with your family.

I lived in CA for 18 years. I left 9 years ago as one of the first in the Exodus. I could see after 18 years nothing was getting better, and not only was it getting worse, it was going to get exponentially worse.


Yes, the socialism in that state has wrecked it along with liberalism.


In regards to the homeless problem, that exploded after I left and was the cause for several of my friends leaving also. I have no doubt many of the homeless are mentally ill but that’s not the true cause of their homelessness. It’s drug addictions and alcohol addictions that are the result of the homelessness. CA is only harming these people further by catering to them. It just helps them to go further into their addictions.

I don't know much about California's laws and taxes and such. So can't comment. Will not comment on the Hitler statements. But will say he was a genius on how he brought Germany out of almost extinction. But his political beliefs were idiotic.

@Lliam he didn't turn the German economy around. The German economy was living on borrowed time, spending money on reaming that it didn't have. His plan was to make Germany self sufficient in resources and materials that it wasn't reliant on foreign trade and money. It all comes back to WW1 where the German war effort was largely hamstrung by the lack of trade in resources, war materials and food by the Royal Navy blockade. Russia had everything Nazi Germany would need in the long term oil, food, metals, slave labor. Annexing Austria helped a bit. Invading Czechoslovakia really was a big game changer because not only did the nazis gain control of the 7th largest economy in the world but also a huge amount of military equipment from the Skoda works including 20% of the tanks used for the invasion of France, rifles, artillery, ammunition. The Czechoslovakia military was actually pretty powerful they could have actually stopped the nazis if they'd fought in the first place rather than allow themselves to be gobbled up piece by piece. The real fly I the ointment was Britain and if they would fight or not over Poland. France would have stayed out of it if Britain did.

86,184 people moved to texas out of 39.24 million people so we calling it an exodus because 0.002% of the population moved. That isn't even close to 1% of the population. That is literally like 1 piece of salt in a salt shaker full of salt.
