Can I get a gun after weed medical card expires?

I don't know but that's a good question. I think the ATF recently put out a statement reminding people that even if weed is legal at the state level, medically and recreationally that you can't get a permit. You should find out from your states website, sometimes it's the state public safety website that has information on gun permits.

You should be able to once it expires and your allegedly no longer using the stuff allegedly. And if you have a current gun permit It won't cancel it but it might stop you from buying your pistols in the meantime while the MMJ card is active

I bought a gun WITH a medical card when I was around your age. I was just gonna play stupid if it fell through, but it all went fine 🤷‍♂️
