Definition of Infringe: "to encroach upon in a way that violates law or the rights of another."

Ordinary background checks with waiting periods encroach on gun ownership. However, the instant background checks I have seen at gun shows, including mine, sufficiently reduce that encroachment, so I do not oppose them. With all that was known about the Uvalde murderer that law enforcement ignored, he would have never gotten those Carbine rifles or 500+rounds of ammo.

For those of you snowflakes who WANT background checks to be Unconstitutional, you undoubtedly took a civics course and likely do not even know the definition of "infringed". Please, please don't vote.

But an abused woman who has to jump through months of hoops and waiting periods so she can finally buy a gun to protect herself and possibly her children from an crazy stalker ex who doesn’t care about restraining orders is who really suffers.

Yes definitely. The other day I was really angry with this guy in Starbucks and wanted to blow his fucking head off. I marched across the road to buy a gun and no matter how much I ranted and raved they wouldn't sell me one.
