Who chopped down the tree?

One of the big stories this week in the UK is who chopped down the tree at Sycamore Gap. The tree is located by Hadrians wall in Northumberland and was considered as one of the UK's favourite trees.

Police are investigating but given the professional job I reckon it was the local council but their trying to deflect the backlash onto vandals.

One 16 year old kid did that by him self is a no no. I use massive chainsaws and learned how to swimg axes in few years and that's why i am wondering. This is no a ONE kid job.
