Do you think the news channels are getting way too graphic anymore, both audio and visual?

It's not only channels like Fox News Channel, but local news as well. The first thing the talk about are the hit and run fatalities, and they always show the dead person's shoe in the street. Why do they do that anyway?

Fox News Channel is only covering the war and nothing else. They have really gone down hill with what they report about. We don't need to see the war 24 hours a day. It's their war. They need to inform us about what is going on in our country America. We've got our own problems here at home. It's cheap news, nothing America needs to hear about 24/7. Wouldn't you rather see news about America?

They used to be way more graphic. When I was a child they televised a guy blowing his head off in a courtroom.

I find it sad. That the news media considers a female’s breast as obscene. But they will show the bloody clothing and the blood trail of someone being dragged after being brutally attacked!
I guess they figure that is what their viewers want to see?

I haven't seen t. v. in at least 3 years and, even then, I only watched the oldies channels. Last time I probably paid any attention to the news was around Sept. 11th, 2001.
