I don't think people have lost their fight they have lost a reason too fight. Many Americans myself included would give our last to defend America... if it was worth defending. Given current events in my honest opinion it is not worth depending. It is not even worth living in. It is so disheartening to see those around me struggling so hard to even get something as basic as a livable wage given that the livable wage is around 60k a year. Every single job should be paying 65k-75k a year after tax

nah. we have to understandt hat we are a VERY young nation. not even 250 years old. nations have gone through hell and still stand strong. consider greece, rome/italy, england, france, egypt. you are talking about societies have existed for millenia.

so i wouldn't give up on america for a long time.

The very root of the problem is lobbyists. Lobbying should be illegal. It drowns out the voice of the people for the biggest bidder. That should be the first thing we destroy to gain our country back from big corporations and rich influencers.
