I just found out about it last night.
Wasn't much of a show.
It WASN'T a super moon, it WASN'T a blood moon and the eclipse only took the very top of the moon away.
I remember a super moon back when I was a kid and BOY FUCKING HOWDY was that fucking HUUUUGGGE!!!
We were in the alley half a block away playing kickball after dinner. I was up and the pitch was coming in and suddenly the pitcher went nuts about this HUMONGUS yellow globe down at the other end of the alley about 8 blocks away!! I turned to look and it was wider than the alley and at least twice as big as any of the 3 story houses!! We all thought it was a huge balloon getting ready to lift off from the waterworks!! We all jumped on our bikes and went racing up the alley to see what it was!! I had to go well beyond the end of the alley another 4 blocks (a mile from my house) to see what it was and that's when I discovered it was the moon!! I've NEVER seen it that big before or since!! It was like it was just a couple dozen miles away from Earth!! Imagine seeing something like Neptune, in this video, about 10 blocks from you.

Looks to me like I'm not gonna see it! It's been cloudy as fuck nearly al day. The moon SHOULD be up directly above my neighbor's house right now but there's nothing but clouds!! You can ALWAYS count on it being cloudy as fuck or raining during ANY celestial event!! At least here!!

It's 9:47 now, here so, I guess it should be starting withing the hour if peak is 10:44. It's only a partial so, it won't be covered too terribly long.
Still nothing but clouds, here!

What I saw was a slight blush at the north edge. It may have grown a bit more, but I went in.

I kept a watch and didn't see anything special except the very edge around 11:00 was slightly dark. It stayed that way for a long time. I stood out there watching it for a about 20:00 and it never got any bigger or smaller.
It also never went red or super.
The biggest super moon of the year is supposed to be in about 3 dys.
