This chart was calculated using trade imbalance not Tariffs. The EU does not Tariff the USA at a 39% rate. The imbalance exists not because the trade is not fair but because the EU generally do not like most USA goods. Quality is too low. Now the USA loves European goods so they import more goods than they export to the EU. It has nothing to do with the EU screwing the USA. If you want to sell more to the EU make higher quality products. Americans are being conned.
