This has been disclosed by the fake news. After a while they got shamed into it. The story was too big to hide. However at the time i posted this question it was only caried by Fox News.

@exitseven It was later clarified that he entered the country on a legal visa but stayed after his visa expired. Yes, he's an illegal alien but his status is a bit different from someone who just crosses an open border.

There have been many things that have been on Fox that people without access to cable TV never find out about. The open border story was only covered by Fox as was the Biden family corruption scandal.
Every time there is good news about the economy or if something positive happens within the Trump administration it is only shown on Fox.
The evening shows are basically opinion shows but they are not advertised to be hard news shows. not like 60 Minutes which is basically a 60 minute commercial for democrats.
