How big will the impact be on economy and tourism with inflated oil prices?

We are already seeing a big rise in prices in our petrol stations. Today, the European Union warned that there is a limited supply of jet fuel and that major airports might have shortages within 3 weeks. If the situation continues, there's only a 3 to 4 month reserve to get petrol at the gas stations for cars and trucks. That's a big burden on people who deal with transport of goods. 2 airlines have already anounced cancellations of 5% of their flights. Ryanair, one of the major low cost companies that operate in Europe, might go even beyond.

Apart from the economy in general, I think this will have a big impact on tourism. In Spain, tourism represents 13 to 14% of the national income and 12 to 13% of employment. Less flights and less internal mobility means the tourist resorts on the coast will suffer. The situation might be similar in most countries.
