Seismic activity can be caused by underground bomb testing. Iran was closely been watched by several countries yet only the USA has made the claim. The fact everyone one else has been reluctant to get involved speaks volumes about the wars legality.

The US built the atom bomb in 1945 without the advantages of modern technology available to any country, the US didn't even have the capability of launching balitic missiles the way the nazi could or iran can. No drone technology, sure apollo 11 went to the moon with less computing power available in the whole of nasa than is in the average smart phone.
