1. Trump's name shouldn't be on it; it's illegal; only Congress can change that name. Trump's never been bothered by illegalities - he's a 34-time convicted felon after all. He is the incarnation of "It is better to do and seek forgiveness than it is to seek permission." although, for him, it's "It is better to do and don't care what anyone thinks feels or says or what the law says."
2. The Kennedy Center (and it's spelled the right way: Center) was named as such in 1964 shortly after the assassination of JFK. While RFK was assassinated, he was never a President. (He WOULD have been President in 1968 had he not have been assassinated.) RFK was a Senator and his brother's Attorney General. While, personally, I have no problem with having RFK's name added to the Kennedy Center's name, I don't feel it's necessary. After all, MLK was assassinated too; should his name also go on it?

(a) In general
The Board shall construct for the Smithsonian Institution, with funds raised by voluntary contributions, a building to be designated as the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts on a site in the District of Columbia bounded by the Inner Loop Freeway on the east, the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge approaches on the south, Rock Creek Parkway on the west, New Hampshire Avenue and F Street on the north, which shall be selected for such purpose by the National Capital Planning Commission. The National Capital Planning Commission shall acquire by purchase, condemnation, or otherwise, lands necessary to provide for the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and related facilities. Such building shall be in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Commission of Fine Arts.

Since this is a statute in the United States Code, this means this was passed by Congress and approved by the President. For Trump to get the name change, he needs Congress to pass a bill to do so which he would then sign into law (and thus update the United States Code).

Given the current GOP majority in both houses until January, such a renaming bill could pass, but it wouldn't until late November at the earliest. This is because renaming the Kennedy Center is politically charged topic and the GOP passing such legislation would hurt them in the mid-term elections in early November. So, they won't pass ANY politically charged legislation until the period between Election Day and 03 JAN 2027 when the new Congress takes office.

Not at all. The Kennedy Center was named to honor President Kennedy, not everyone related to him. No one else's name should appear except by an act of Congress.

Although we can certainly argue that makes sense, it probably wouldn't have made much difference, since, as a cabinet appointee of Trump, they still would have hated him almost as much.
