About a year too late.
No, I honestly don't care what happens to illegal aliens. They are here illegally and do not have citizen's rights.
So we should just kill them all?
@slatyb, please don't give them any ideas. I know they are too stupid on their own to think of things like this, but all you have to do is suggest it to them, and they're too stupid to figure out that it could be a problem.
you sound like you need a reality check. it doesn't matter who you are. in america you have rights. inalienable rights. in other words, it's basic human decency towards each other. i know that this masquerade of civility is boring, but it could be a lot worse without it. i do think it needs a makeover though.
so if we just send them back they're going to get in illegally again. might as well put them in prison. is that it?
@Sevenpointfive They are put in prison temporarily, because idiot judges require us to have a hearing over every single deportation, no matter how much evidence is already against them.

You may not know this, but the Bill of Rights pretty much applies to non-citizens as well as citizens. I realize that on your side of the fence, people keep denying this, hoping it will go away, but it's not gonna go away. Guess what? They get due process too.
Yeah, that hearing is called a part of due process, which is afforded to everybody, including people who aren't citizens. Cry louder. Cry longer if you need to. The founders of this country are the ones that decided that would be fair.
Nowhere in the Consittution nor bill of Rights are non-citizens given citizens rights. The Constitution does however give the government power ot fight pirates and other illegal aliens at the borders.
Under Article I, Section 8, Clause 10 (known as the Define and Punish Clause), the Constitution grants Congress the explicit power:To "define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas". To punish "Offenses against the Law of Nations"
Illegal Aliens do nto have rights. The 14th amendment is also clear that you can lose even your 3 fundamental rights if you commit a crime.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Read that. Rights apply to CITIZENS and those rights are revoked potentially by "Due process of law" if they commit a crime.
You are wrong about this right to apply to any person under the jurisdiction of the United States, which means any person that is physically located in the United States, whether or not they are a citizen. You, like many other people on the Right, are trying to make it apply only to citizens because you want to abuse these people as much as you possibly can, and the law is not going to let you do that. They have a right to due process. They also have a right to life and liberty, and those are things that you would deny them if you were given the opportunity to do so. Fortunately, the law won't let you.
They are here illegally, idiot. They don't belong here.
The illegality consists of failing to fill out some forms. It is an infraction, not even as serious as a traffic ticket.
