The Department of Homeland Security approved an immigrant detention center in Florida, nicknamed “Alligator Alcatraz,” to be built, according to a report.

DHS turning the “virtually abandoned Miami-Dade Collier Training Facility” into a detention center to house illegal aliens. This 30 square mile area is completely surrounded by the Everglades. If detainees are to escape, there’s not much waiting for them other than alligators and pythons. In both senses, there will be plenty to eat.

... You do know that the constitution grants rights to more people that just Americans right?

The first, fourth and fifth amendment protects non-citizens rights from censorship, religious freedoms, against unreasonable searches and seizures and property can only be taken by the government for a public use, and only if just compensation is paid. Just to name a few.

As for unlawful detentions we have quite a few to choose from. For example when ICE unlawfully detained congressman Brad Lander or when ICE detained 22 people in Chicago on January 31 including Julio Noriega.

And yes, you are definitely trying to make excuses for building a concentration camp and yes its because you are "that" kind of person.

If you don’t want to go to prison, don’t break the law. That includes entering the country illegally and circumventing the naturalization process.
