I don’t think he accomplished much apart from displaying on the world stage how much of a war mongering moron he is.


He would likely claim that Iran did not close the straights of Hormuz , global oil flows continued while the Iran nuclear programme suffered a setback.


However , intelligence claims that the nuclear program still exists so their long term capability is wholly uncertain additionally the region was brought extremely close to a broader war , creating significant risk , many lives were lost and the markets lost confidence causing massive price hikes


So he risked a wider war without a clear strategy , he bypassed congress as the strikes were not authorized , he gambled with the global economy and he completely oversold the military success “ completely and totally obliterated “ painting himself as the messiah in the process as well as reminding Iran or their strongest bargaining chip over the threat to the Hormuz straits.


Success doesn’t need to come with the massive gamble it did with his poor handling.

Take for example Operation Praying Mantis in the 80s when Iran was attacking oil tankers. Trump obsessed over a deal because he claims to be a peace bringer.
