He did so to prevent the federal government from deporting the predator. It's sickening. I also recently saw a video of a kid in Birmingham being ganged up on. They sucker punched him. Then a female officer threw the kid into the wall. He responded with a hit (though understandable since he was under attack, and she came out of nowhere). They ended up arresting him.
