He is apparently enough that that might be the case. For instance, he might not want somebody analyzing his shit in order to find out what medications he's taking. I think it would be just easier to grind it up or mixed it with other s*** whatever is done to dispose of waste in Turkey, but maybe he was fearful Lily and that wouldn't be enough.
