How likely is Typhoon Saudel to hit Okinawa and Taiwan hard?

It might still be too far out to be certain, since it was a 5 days run, but this isn't looking good for either location. Joint Typhoon Warning Center is forecasting the typhoon to reach 130kts/150mph sustained in a few days.

Typhoon Saudel is very likely going to hit Okinawa and perhaps the northern part of Taiwan where it is expected to hit late on the night of next Tuesday to Wednesday. Okinawa is rightt in the center of the projected route of typhoon Saudel (typhoon nr.18).

The typhoon's route is aiming straight at mainland China towards the province of Zhejiang. If the projected route remains as is, then Taiwan may not be directly hit by the typhoon.
