A federal judge declined on Wednesday to intervene in a politically sensitive extradition fight over an ICE agent who is currently detained in Texas but is facing state charges in Minnesota for allegedly shooting an immigrant in Minneapolis earlier this year.

Texas hasn’t agreed to extradite the agent since he was arrested earlier this summer because the state said it was investigating whether the agent technically qualified as a “fugitive.”

There will probably be a warrant for him in Minnesota but no federal warrant of any kind. I wonder how long it will take ICE to rehire him? The incident in question happened in MN. Not Louisiana so you don't even know what you're talking about from the get go. The same advice has been heard of here in Texas IN THE CASE OF SOMEONE WHO HAS INVADED YOUR HOME and is inside it when you shoot them. NOWHERE is it legal to shoot and kill ANYONE on suspicion of ANYTHING. The ICE agent is a criminal IF he did it. That would be pending trial in MN. If it was legal why avoid facing justice?

He was in his own home. He was here legally according to MN law. If the ICE agent shot him through the door of his own home then he committed a crime, plain and simple. There are no reputable IQ tests that can measure intelligence up to 180. 150 is about the limit, and even 150 is highly questionable in terms of validity and reliability. How do I know this? I'm a Neuropsychologist. I do this kind of work for a living with people who have brain injuries. I know exactly how these tests work, how they're designed, and how they're used. This guy doesn't know what he's talking about, and the numbers that he threw out there are just basically lies.
