@darkcloud1945 I never said he didn't go to ANY of the memorials. She asked why he didn't go to the memorial along with the other leaders, i. e. the one in NYC that was attended by the other people listed in the question.

Even Trump, himself, said, in his own words, “I’m not going to the World Trade Center, in New York City, because they won’t let me make a speech, and I’m going to the Pentagon in D. C., because I’m a featured speaker."

HE was at the memorial in Pa for the people who crashed into the Pentagon, and I believe the passenger plane was forced down by the passengers in a field before they hit DC proper. He did go to the Pentagon ceremony. There was Ceremonies all over the place all at the exact same time. Vance went to New York and Trump, being he is the Commander in Chief, went to the Pentagon, which he's the boss of.
