Takes time and life experience to turn teenagers into adults. Fortunately I have both time and patience as well as a clear and honest nature so the majority of the girls self sort for me. The few that are here at my age and area are likely not easily visible, I figure as long as I'm patient, confident and honest I'll eventually either draw out a gem or wait until one is discovered with my wait and search plan.
